Alvin Seet

Founder & Trainer

You don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to start properly.

Alvin Seet began training at the age of 7 and has spent over four decades immersed in martial arts and physical training.

Over the years, Alvin has seen one common mistake - People either train too hard and break down…or train randomly and never progress.

Now in his late forties, his focus has evolved beyond competition -

To help people train better, stay strong, and remain capable for life.

  • Build strength that supports long-term health

  • Train with structure, not guesswork

  • Improve movement, not just intensity

  • Stay injury-free while progressing

Tony Wong

Trainer & Refree

Tony began practicing Muay Thai in 2011, inspired by its techniques and cultural roots. Over the years, he focused on mastering its skills, discipline, and philosophy.

He enjoys giving back by coaching students and helping fighters prepare for competitions. Guiding others and watching their progress is incredibly rewarding for him.

Alongside Muay Thai, he also studied Muay Boran, the traditional form of the art, and holds Khan 7 certification. He appreciates Muay Boran for it's dedication to heritage preservation.

Tony believes his martial arts journey has shaped and taught him resilience and discipline, and he is excited to keep growing as a martial artist while contributing to the community.

Emily

Trainer & Former Pro-Fighter

Emily is our female Muay Thai fighter who packs a mean left hook. She has always been active in sport since young and started learning Muay Thai from Alvin since late 2008.

Emily started out headfirst into pro fights in 2010 then took a short hiatus due to work commitments. When the opportunity came for a rematch in 2015 for the Singapore Woman 54kg in the Muay Arts Fight Championships Vol 1, she trained hard and won by decision.

Emily’s approach to fitness is to train for your own self. Unlike other martial arts, there are no belts to gun for in Muay Thai. She firmly believes that training builds character. When she is freed from her work in the shipping Port and training for her fights, Emily teaches Muay Thai and fitness classes.

Don’t underestimate her mental and physical prowess ingrained from years of intense fight training and 4 professional fights. She enjoys incorporating strength and conditioning into Muay Thai training and will push you to your limits.
